Back in March, we brought all our Shop Managers together for our annual Shop Managers Conference. It was an awesome two days of connection, inspiration, learning and a whole lot of fun.
It is our way of showing just how much we appreciate the magic our managers bring to the table. It’s a “thank you” to the crew as they are the everyday legends keeping the wheels of our stores turning. They're the ones rolling up their sleeves, leading from the front, and making the impossible look easy. And once a year, we hit pause on the hustle to celebrate them properly.
From leadership workshops and goal setting, to fast-paced ‘speed dating’ sessions and networking drinks.
We were lucky enough to be joined by Olympic gold medalist Eric Murray, who delivered a dose of champion mindset and reminded us all what relentless dedication can achieve.
And in true BurgerFuel fashion, we closed things out with an epic after party, fuelled by live tunes, great people, tattoos and mouth-watering eats from Shake Out.
Here’s to another year of kicking goals, lifting others, and doing it all the BurgerFuel way.
