WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT YOUR NEW ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM?
We've updated our Online Ordering Service so it can integrate with our new Loyalty programme (coming soon).
WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT?
We’ve built an entirely new Online Ordering platform that’s separate from our old service. This means that we need you to create an account within our new platform to continue ordering BurgerFuel online
WILL I AUTOMATICALLY BE A MEMBER OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME WHEN I SIGN UP?
Nope, you’ll need to opt-in to join our loyalty programme. Look out for the tick box when creating your new account. The loyalty programme hasn’t launched yet.
WILL I NEED TO ENTER MY PAYMENT DETAILS AGAIN?
Yes, for security purposes you will need to enter these details again.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE OLD ONLINE ORDERING CUSTUMERS DATA ONCE WE ARE ON THE NEW PLATFORM?
We retain customer data for as long as it serves its intended purpose or as required by law. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, and there is no legal requirement to keep the information, it is our business obligation to securely delete or destroy the data. This ensures that your data is not retained unnecessarily. You have the right to opt out or request the deletion of your data at any time, giving you control over your information. What should I do if an item has been missed from my order?
This really sucks and we are super sorry! We try to be as accurate as possible but sometimes mistakes do happen. We will of course make this right - give the store a call and speak to the manager or pop back in and they’ll fix you up!
I accidentally placed my online order at the wrong store, what can I do?
In the first instance give the store you accidentally ordered from a call, and ask them to cancel your order and you will need to place a new order with your chosen store. If you cannot get through to the store via phone, please contact us via via info@burgerfuel.co.nz or our feedback form ad someone in our HQ team will get back to you inside office hours.
WHY CAN I ONLY CUSTOMISE CERTAIN INGREDIENTS ON MY FAVE BURGER?
Multiple modifications can impact our kitchen efficiencies and speed of service, so we’ve restricted those that have a negative impact on getting burgers out (as fast and tasty as possible) to our customers. The most popular modifications are still available online and all modifications can still be requested in store when you order – so if we can’t sort your favourite customisation online anymore, our crew at the till will be able to help you out! Is your beef and chicken Halal?
They sure are! BurgerFuel has ensured that high-quality meat products are strictly Halal certified. This includes our beef patties and grilled free-range chicken. Please note that while the chicken in our fried chicken products (specifically Modifried Thunderbird and Choppers) are Halal, they are crumbed at a premises that is not Halal certified.
Please let our crew know if you are Halal and we’re happy to cook your favourite burger separately and use fresh, clean utensils each time to avoid cross-contamination with non-halal products. Please do be aware that our stores and food are not halal in the strictest sense as other products on our menu are not Halal certified.

Our sponsorship programme is locally run, meaning each store is responsible for their own local community in terms of events, sponsorship and support.
