It was the dream only people with moustaches and bad Nacho jokes could recreate. Our hiring process became so ‘slug’ orientated there was an over-abundance of facial hair around the office. So it was time to take the Sombrero’s off and put the maraca’s down and bring this bad boy back.
With 100% grilled free range chicken breast, the smoothest creamed corn, the crunchiest of corn chips, smashed avocado, melted cheddar and spicy chipotle aioli, the Nacho Libre still has all the usual suspects; soft artisan wholemeal buns and fresh, pure handmade salad... this is Nacho’ average burger.
With the positively memorable Nacho Libre waiting in the (chicken) wings, we thought why not listen to the people, give the people what they want! It was time to make our punchy-spiced, crunchy-featured, texturally healing Mexican food dreams come true.
The Nacchooooo Libre (obviously you have to yell it out like Jack Black does) is back in town for a limited time only. Just telling you about this brings soap opera style tears to our eyes. But that doesn’t last long because it’s full on fiesta mode here at BurgerFuel.
