Radio BurgerFuel
Interview: Diana King
Jamaican reggae fusion artist Diana King was in Auckland for the 2016 Raggamuffin festival and made time to drop by the Radio BurgerFuel studio to talk with Lee Densem (it’s also very cool to mention she visited the Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre across the road from our studio when she came through).
The openly gay Jamaican artist was a late addition to the line up, replacing Beenie for his confrontational and unapologetic attitude toward gay rights. Funnily enough, it works out perfectly for Diana to attend the NZ Pride Festival and join the celebrations the day after Raggamuffin.
